LotHub collects only the information needed to operate accounts, listings, safety reviews, and buyer-seller communications.

Information collected

Account details, listing information, messages, favorites, searches, views, approximate location, verification documents, and security logs.

How it is used

To operate LotHub, prevent abuse, review listings and sellers, deliver requested alerts, provide analytics, and comply with legal obligations.

Sensitive documents

Verification documents are stored separately from public listing media and are available only to their owner and authorized administrators.

Your choices

Notification controls are available in Settings. You may request account deletion; some records may be retained when legally or operationally necessary.
